The Role The Investor Relations ("IR”) team is led by Cenk Turkinan (Head of Investor Relations) and performs the dual roles of raising capital across Triton’s three investment strategies as well as servicing Triton’s existing investor base, via the Coverage and Investor Services sub-teams. IR also comprises Events, Co- investments and Communications. The Investor Services sub-team is led by Oliver Brook (Head of Investor Services). The team is responsible for supporting capital raising activities , servicing existing investors , generating the materials used for Investor Relations activities and organising investor events. Triton is seeking to appoint an Intern to the Investor Services team in London. This role will primarily support the s ervic e of exi s ting investors or prospects by completing inbound queries and diligence requests . This is a n important role for our team and will give the successful candidate a holistic experience working in the Investor Relations team of a leading investment firm . Responsibilities The primary role will be s ervicing exi s ting investors or prospects by completing inbound queries and diligence requests . However, where the opportunity presents this role will support the team with: Preparation of investor communications, marketing materials and data analysis Preparation of content and material for investor events such as annual investor meetings, advisory board meetings and other events Working closely with the IR Coverage team as well as other teams at Triton, including Investment, ESG, Legal and Fund Control, to ensure information regarding Triton and the portfolio is accurate Researching and preparing background materials and reports to support capital raising efforts Core Competencies Strong project management skills Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to interpret and analyse data Excellent academic credentials Exceptional communication skills Personal Attributes Exceptional attention to detail Proactive self-starter with a drive to succeed Takes responsibility and ownership of own work High energy level, willing and able to work hard Able to listen and willingness to learn Positive and enthusiastic outlook Excellent interpersonal skills across multiple stakeholder groups A committed team player with a desire to make a real contribution and difference Triton is an equal opportunity employer.
