Smaller Mid-Cap Private Equity (TSM): Applies Triton's operational expertise to smaller European companies, targeting equity positions of €30–80m. The Role As an Associate at Triton, you will play a key role in the full investment lifecycle—from deal origination and execution to value creation and eventual exit. You will gain unparalleled access to senior management teams and decision-makers, both internally and externally, while taking on significant responsibility from day one. Working within lean deal teams, you will lead critical work streams and represent the firm in transactions and portfolio company engagements. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong relationship-building skills. You will engage with C-level executives, board members, industry leaders, LPs, advisers, and peers, expanding Triton’s network and influence. At Triton, we are hands-on investors.
