You & your job As a Business Analyst within Customer Engagement, you play a central role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. You translate customer and business requirements into scalable digital solutions and support strategic decision-making across the organization. You work closely with architects, engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer value, technical feasibility, and long-term strategy. You are analytical, structured, and able to navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity. In consultation within the team and cross-functional stakeholders you translate business requirements into high level analyses, designs and (big) data products that are in line with the chosen IT architecture You are the sparring partner for Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Product Owners and other stakeholders You collaborate, challenge and support the Product Owner in their decision making Together with the Product Owner, Solution Architect and Engineers within your squad you contribute to the long-term strategic. Examples from practice Facilitate cross-function workshops/streams to align Business, Legal, Design, Marketing and Tech on new digital initiatives to increase reachable base.
