If you're eager to gain hands-on experience and discover where your talent fits best, the Rabobank Business & IT Internship is the perfect opportunity for you. Explore your possibilities at Rabobank! This internship is a great match if you know you’re interested in Business & IT. Over the course of six months, you’ll explore Rabobank’s IT environment and put your skills and ambitions into practice. You & your future During this internship at Rabobank, you will put your knowledge, skills and ambitions into practice. Over 5 to 6 months, you will gain broad insight into the Information Technology organisation, supported by a buddy and a Talent Manager. And then? You will have built a strong foundation for the next step in your career. Depending on your development and the available opportunities, this could include the Rabobank Traineeship Business & IT or a junior role in Business, Information Technology or Data. Examples Find and interpret data, perform basic analyses and translate your findings into clear recommendations. Act as a linking pin between different stakeholders within Business & IT. Help create functional designs or support engineers in developing reliable data solutions. Analyse market or customer trends and prepare clear, concise reports for senior stakeholders. Practical Length: 5 to 6 months, starting on 1 February, and you are set to graduate summer 2027. After the internship, you could continue your development towards roles such as Junior Business Analyst, Junior Business Manager, Junior Credit Analyst, Junior Data Engineer or Junior Data Scientist. Hours per week: 36 hours. The internship could support a thesis depending on the subject. Your development as an intern During your internship at Rabobank, your development is our priority. You will have the space to work on your internship assignment and study requirements while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. Through meaningful assignments, collaboration with experienced colleagues and connections with fellow interns, you will develop relevant skills and experience what it is like to work within a leading cooperative bank. You & your talent You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Data Science, Digital Business and Innovation, Complex Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or another relevant field. You have a suitable internship or research assignment and expect to graduate by September 2027. You have an affinity with or interest in Information Technology or digital environments. You have excellent English language skills. You enjoy teamwork, openly share your ideas and are willing to learn from mistakes.
