Role Overview We are seeking a junior Execution Trader to support the trading procedures across equities, futures, and FX markets. The primary responsibility of this role is the accurate and timely execution of trading instructions while adhering to established processes, controls, and risk guidelines. Key Responsibilities Execute trades across stocks, futures, and FX products in accordance with trading instructions and established procedures. Monitor orders and execution outcomes to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow operational workflows, risk controls, and compliance requirements with a high degree of diligence. Maintain accurate records and assist with post-trade processes when required. Continuously seek to improve execution quality and operational efficiency while adhering to existing standards and controls. Preferred Candidate Profile Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions carefully and execute tasks consistently without cutting corners. Patient, methodical, and comfortable working within established processes and procedures. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for completing assigned responsibilities. Disciplined work ethic with the ability to remain focused during detail-intensive tasks. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support broader team objectives. Long-term commitment to developing expertise in execution and trading operations.
