Our I mpact : Our team manages all human resources tasks which includes people engagement, recruiting, employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, immigration, and managing employee inquiries and issues. Your Strengths : O n o ur team, you will have assigned responsibilities primarily focused on our Career Development Programm e , Onboarding and Complianc e but will be ready to assist with any of the work that is assigned to our team . Your experience : Our ideal candidate would hold two years' relevant experience or hold a Bachelo rs degree in Human Resources or a business related field. A Human Resources qualification would be an asset . Associate or Senior Associate staff grade will be based on experience or interview.
