As our new Client Relationship Associate - Russian Speaker, you will: Manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring a smooth, high-quality service experience across immigration, residency, citizenship, and tax processes. Prepare, review, and submit forms, applications, and documentation accurately and promptly. Translate documents between Russian and English, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout their journey. Assist clients and their families during their visits to Malta, ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated experience. Collaborate with colleagues across the Private Clients team to provide comprehensive support throughout the residency and relocation process. Build strong relationships with local authorities, public institutions, and private service providers. Develop a deep understanding of local systems, procedures, and regulatory frameworks relevant to client needs. Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and solutions-focused team culture. About You We’re looking for someone who: Is fluent and can communicate confidently and professionally in Russian and English. Has prior experience in a client-facing role. Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Shows a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Works well independently and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment. Builds positive and trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues. Holds a bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Languages, Accounting, or a related field, with experience in corporate services or a similar professional setting considered an asset.
