Purpose of the role Handle drawdowns, rollovers & other payments of the facilities administered by Agency without having any mistake, incurring any financial loss and receiving any complaint (2) Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head or VP Job Responsibilities: Support the team’s target growth Liaise with customers at a counterpart level to relay specific information and to respond routine queries Work in partnership with colleagues of internal departments, product departments and relationship managers in administering and monitoring the transactions Primary responsible for the facilities administered by Agency originated in APAC Ensure daily agency operation works to be performed accurately in accordance with the transaction documents and internal procedures Execute processes to ensure that information, notification, instructions are duly approved and delivered to appropriate parties to enable smooth and efficient operations Prepare and maintain internal control sheets and checklists to monitor different steps and events properly Update the administrative details of each party in a timely manner Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head or VP Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of banking experience, preferably in loan administration. Preferred candidates will have direct experience within an Agency team, particularly in syndicated loan administration. Alternatively, candidates with experience participating as a lender in a non-administration capacity, with a good understanding of syndicated loan products and processes, will also be considered Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, internal departments, branches, and subsidiaries. Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal, quantitative, and analytical skills. Solid understanding of agency banking services and payment processes. Proficiency in both spoken and written English; Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of LoanIQ is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
