About this role
The Philadelphia office of Hogan Lovells seeks a mid-level corporate & securities associate with a minimum of two to three years of experience in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including public company advisory work, corporate governance and capital markets financings. The ideal candidate will possess experience working alongside teams managing public company client representations; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong technical knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934; and comparable law firm experience. Outstanding academic credentials and work experience and a commitment to excellence are required. Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. The expected base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $365,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
