Job Description What is the opportunity? Join Our Team as a Fiduciary External Accounts Officer (FEAO) – Your Career Starts Here! Are you ready to kickstart your career in wealth management? As a Trainee Fiduciary External Accounts Officer (FEAO) , you’ll be at the heart of our Fiduciary External Accounts team , supporting the management of complex fiduciary structures for RBC International Trusts. This role is perfect for school leavers or trainees eager to dive into the world of finance, compliance, and client service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring third-party accounts are opened, maintained, and compliant with regulatory standards. Working closely with our Client Handling Team , you’ll help deliver exceptional service while upholding strict governance and client satisfaction. This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Jersey office (4 days in-office), where you’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, supportive environment. What will you do? Third-Party Account Management & CDD Administration : Be the go-to person for opening and maintaining third-party accounts, ensuring all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are met. Client Due Diligence (CDD) Support : Handle due diligence requests promptly to keep accounts in good standing, managing risks and escalating concerns when needed. System Accuracy & Compliance : Ensure RBC’s core systems are updated correctly and comply with regulatory frameworks. Fee Management : Assist in billing and tracking fee income to support profitability and Work in Progress (WIP) recovery targets. Team Collaboration : Work alongside experts in fiduciary services, compliance, and client handling to deliver best-in-class solutions. Professional Growth : Stay updated on regulatory changes, participate in training, and build a strong foundation in financial services. What do you need to succeed?
